I have a wealth of experience in building businesses, starting my own in the automotive industry over 25 years ago selling Aftermarket products including our own range of Dash Cams.
6 years ago I built an e-commerce business in wearable technology & tracking which was shortlisted in a nationwide competition by Deloitte’s Decoding Dementia in 2019.
And 4 years ago I helped start Phil Labor to help businesses get ahead!
Like Henry Ford, I understands the power of surrounding myself with experts in their fields. It's important to me to instil a sense of ownership, a pride in association and an unrivalled connection to do my best for the good of the team.

I’ve been involved with the outsourcing industry for almost 20 years. I am passionate about helping Filipino’s better themselves and seek great careers within this wonderful industry.
I live with my partner in Angeles City which is only 10 minutes from our offices in Clark.
Together with my business partner Erika, we started Phil Labor over 4 years ago because we knew we could offer businesses a better choice. I’m proud of the team we’ve put together and the quality of service we provide.
I’m dedicated to managing ‘on the ground’ and helping from a practical point of view.
My passion is learning more Tagalog (Philippine native language) and playing golf. I hope to one day go on that elusive world sailing trip!
I’ve worked with Erika for just on 20 years; in the car trade for the full 20 but also with My BuddyGard for 6 years and now with Phil Labor for 4.
Workwise, I’m a people person. I started in Reception, then Customer Service, Sales, Sales Rep and for the last 10 years or so I have been focusing on Sales and Motivation Training. If you were to ask me what do I love most about my work, I’d say it’s helping others succeed and thrive!
At Phil Labor, we’ve built the best team and helped so many small to medium business’s gain more success! We’ve literally help change people’s lives in a good way and I’m really proud to be a founding member.
I have a love of photography and enjoy taking photo’s of our 20 acre farm including my family, dogs, ducks and reptiles… I’m into gardening, exercise, and camping although I do love a resort on a tropical paradise.
I was fortunate enough to meet Erika in the summer of 2019 and it was then, that I discovered Erika’s desire to help business’s get ahead and have the success they strive for, a vision that resonated with me.
The previous 8 years of my working life was involved in advocacy within the automotive association field, providing assistance and guidance to members wherever required. I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity supporting members, promoting their interests and making a contribution to their professional environment.
With experience in marketing, distribution and manufacturing I am eager to contribute to the Phil Labor and My Buddy Gard teams, who have been receptive, supportive and encouraging. It was reassuring to learn of the importance these business’s places in security.

According to Katharine Briggs & Isabel Briggs Myers, I'm an INFJ. It's the rarest of the 16 personality types. Which made me think that I'm quite rare... and special.
When I was young, I thought when it rains, it rains all over the world. Later I found out that the rain just covers a certain area and I'm just a miniscule bio-organism in a vast, endless universe. The first time I was conscious, I thought I'm on a virtual simulation of some sort, and everything I see are just figments of my imagination. Years passed, I found out that it's called Solipsism, and I'm not really alone, as there are other humans that are aware of their existence as well.
I have this strange attachment to pets, that I don't ever want to have one again. When my dog "TJ" died after I pampered it for 10 years, there's this unbreakable bond that Science can't explain.
I have a knack for concealing messages and later on deciphering them, which I later found out that it's called Steganography. Wrangling code is my pastime. Now I get paid to have fun.
Aside from doing unfashionable and socially inept or boringly studious stuff, I eat, play Pokemon Go, and watch Netflix.
I am an Accountant for Phil Labor with seven (7) years of experience in the field. I had different exposures to numerous types of industries and practices of accounting procedures which greatly contributed to the skills that I have accumulated and utilized over the years. I've been with Phil Labor for over a year with the responsibility performing general bookkeeping and in charge of formulating various financial and system reports for management.
What I love about accounting is the critical thinking and logic behind it. Based on my years of experience, I had proven that your experience is not the same when you're involved in this field since you're exposed to different processes for each industries that you work for and encounter different transactions on a daily basis as well which makes it more challenging. For this reason, I enjoyed it and stayed passionate about it, more than enough to keep myself inspired to continue learning and being adventurous to experience other fields that I'm not much exposed to. Knowledge and experience are things that you can always develop constantly and being with Phil Labor helped me a lot to improve professionally & personally.
I believe as well that life is also like a principle in Accounting wherein everything must be balanced. I always ensure to properly give time between work and my personal life to keep myself mentally healthy for both. Aside from spending time on my career as an Accountant, I find joy as well in watching series and playing video games in my spare time, which helps me relieve all my stress and keeps my mind alert and focused.
Siim has been involved with IT & Manufacturing logistics sector from early 2000’s and CRM systems automation from 2018.
From an early age my passion has lied around computers and technology. Starting out with simple things like getting Sony Walkman Cassette player for Christmas, my parents knew that it would probably take me a day or two until I pulled it to bits because of my curiosity to see what was inside the player and how the components worked. (I managed to always put everything back together as well without any screws left over.)
Getting my first computer in the beginning of 2000’s was a real game changer, I knew that this piece of technology was going to be a part of my everyday life right from the beginning.
Growing up in Estonia we were blessed with super fast internet as well which opened a whole new world of information for me.
“Always deliver more than expected” , “Never give up” are his two most important rules to live by.
I’ve been in sales for over 20 years and working with Erika and Angie on another venture in the automotive trade for about 7 years. Best 7 years of my career. I’m so happy to have joined the Phil Labor team.
I LOVE the team I work with. I love the integrity of PhilLabor, the ongoing training, the calibre of services and the support everyone is given.
I love the work I do too. Helping people succeed and making a real difference to their lives is important to me.
My life is all about my people; my family and friends, my gorgeous new grandchild and my 2 fur babies Abby and Shiloh (my 2 rescue German Sheppard/ x Samoyed dogs). And I’m looking forward to travelling again when the world opens up.
I’m the new girl on the block only joining the team at Phil Labor 6 months ago.
First and foremost, I love who I’m working with! I’m so fortunate to have finally found a lovely group of people to work alongside.
I love sales…..and in this role, I especially love the customer contact. I really enjoy meeting new people and helping them do their best.
My biggest achievements are my sons, especially my 13 year old that was diagnosed at age 4 with Autism, ADHD, ODD, Motor Tourette’s and was extremely aggressive from lack of communication skills. I was told he’d never talk or lead a normal life. I chose to invest all that I had to give him the best opportunities. We proved everyone wrong. He now goes to a mainstream school, plays team sport, is a good communicator and has good friendships. Its has not been an easy road and quite honestly, the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
I’m passionate about my boys being the best versions of themselves.
My other passions include Pilates, walking with my Cavoodle and animals…I’m a massive animal lover!
I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing with Associates in Accounting degree. I started working in the finance industry since I graduated. “Finance” is a very powerful 7-letter word that means money. In the words of Howard and Upton, “Finance may be defined as that administrative area or set of administrative functions in an organization which relates with the arrangement of cash and credit so that the organization may have the means of carrying out its objectives as satisfactorily as possible”.
I've been with the Phil Labor team for about eight months now, and I am lucky to have found this group. I'm the team leader in the growing Phil Labor team, which is my greatest achievement so far because our team has grown and doubled over the last eight months. The success of the company is the success of the employee too. I consider fashion an aesthetic, and I love seeing the beauty in every person.
I've been in the customer service industry for almost 3 years now and I must say that Phillabor is one of the best companies I've been with.
Being an individual who has a way with people, serving under my current client helped me mature in my professional career, especially in methods and client-customer dealings.
I'm looking forward to all the opportunities to help the community grow that I might encounter while working here.
Thank you!
Hi, I’m Axel, my name was from the lead singer of the guns and roses “Axel Rose” my father named it to me because he is a vocalist and loves the band guns & roses. I also grew up listening with the band and learning to play guitar then fell in love with different genres of music.
In my work as a Graphic Artist, Professionally I utilize my skills in Adobe Software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premier Pro.
My passion for Graphic Designing starts in my collegiate, we had the subject of Graphic Arts wherein my professor taught us how to create an Anime using Adobe Illustrator. Then my career begins with designing mockups such as Promotional products like Umbrellas, Bags, Socks & Shirts Etc. then after years of working with my arts, I learn to adapt to more of today’s growing technology and also worked with some different stuff like Video Editing during my free time. the videos I create are for meditation because I also love meditating like going outdoors with nature, camping relaxing with my friends on the sea shore lighting bonfires.
I’m also an adventurous man I ride motorcycles and go to mountains, and do motocross on race tracks in my free time. Sometimes I also play extreme activities like airsoft, paintball, and skateboarding.
Hi, I'm Karen! I work as a Virtual Assistant (VA) at Phillabor. My work consists of client management, making travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and managing email accounts. What I love about my job is that it enhances my communication skills and customer service skills.
Since this is my first job, it's a little bit challenging for me but since I have a great passion for working as a virtual assistant, I'm very dedicated to work and always try to complete every project with 100% client satisfaction.
About myself:
They used to call me Karen or Kura short for (Kuraya) since I'm half Japanese and I would describe myself as a hardworking and self-motivated person. I work with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism.
About my interests and hobbies:
I love spending time with my family and hanging out with my friends. I like to travel a lot and eat various types of cuisine, I love to meet new people, and listening to music makes me feel relaxed. I'm also a huge fan of Kpop and Kdrama.
Thanks to Phillabor, I've been given a chance to work with some skilled workers. Looking forward to all the opportunities coming and growing together with Phillabor.
Every day you learn something new!
When I entered the world of work, I could not imagine how far I have gone from working in the call center industry, speech academy, and finance back-office representation. It has been seven years and I am certain that there are more skills, knowledge, and qualifications that await me.
Becoming a Mortgage Broker EA is a testament to this. When I got interviewed by an Australian MB based in Canberra, I was transparent to admit that I knew nothing about the industry – the product, process, and technicalities. But they hired me nevertheless, taking a chance, and everything happened so quickly.
It never occurred to me that I will be able to surpass days of assisting our loans processor and communicating to the bank and the clients who want to obtain funds for their new home, investment properties, and vehicles. To realize that mortgage is a unique area in the field of financing, it takes a lot of commitment, focus, discipline, and patience to get through the days.
If there is one thing that I have learned in this particular journey in my field of work, it is to become a people company. Customers become our partners in creating a better society when we perceive them as stakeholders in our shared success. One satisfied customer is all it takes to convince an entire village to use our services.
I am horrible when I panic because I won’t talk until I have calmed down. People thought it’s grace under pressure. Well!
Hi there! My name is Anthony and I'm a web developer with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in PHP, Javascript, Wordpress, Laravel and Angular. I'm passionate about coding and love creating beautiful and user-friendly websites. I'm always up for a challenge and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Building websites is my passion, and I feel fortunate to be able to do what I love for a living. I've been wrangling code since I was in high school, and in that time I've had the opportunity to work on some really cool projects.
During my free time, I play video games. For me, gaming is a great way to unwind and escape from the stresses of everyday life. I especially enjoy multiplayer games as they give me a chance to socialize and compete with other players from all around the world.
Recently, I had the chance to work with Phil Labor. I'm excited to contribute my skills to the team. I'm always excited to see what new projects come my way, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for me as a web developer.
